• Terms of Service — the agreement between you and whyus.fun: what the service does, who holds the keys, what it costs, and the limits of our liability.
• Privacy Policy — what we store about you, how your recovery phrase and private keys are protected, and how to have your data deleted.

The short version

• The service is self-custodial. We never hold, control or take custody of your funds, and there is no exchange or brokerage account.
• Your recovery phrase and private keys are yours. They are stored encrypted and only your signed-in account can reveal them — we cannot recover them for you if you lose them.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• There is no KYC step, no advertising and no third-party analytics trackers.
